As the building materials industry is becoming more and more strict on product quality requirements, new environmentally-friendly profiles continue to emerge, and aluminum-plastic panels, as the darling of the architectural decoration industry, are constantly loved by the majority of the curtain wall industry. The aluminum-plastic panel products have also developed from several early import brands to the current domestic factories and the disputes, making the aluminum-plastic panel industry a vibrant situation. However, due to the different production processes, the quality of their products varies greatly and varies greatly. At present, the aluminum-plastic composite panels on the market are divided into full hot pressing, semi-hot pressing and cold pressing sheets, and the production process can be divided into:
1 co-compositing with extrusion (full hot pressing);
2 composite with extrusion (hot pressing);
3 first squeeze and then recombine (semi-hot press).
Only the aluminum composite panel is truly integrated into one, so that users can use it more comfortably on the outer wall. Due to the different production processes, the requirements for material selection are different. The temperature at the time of compounding is different, and the quality of the products is of course different. The analysis is as follows.
1. Co-compound with extrusion (Figure 1)
After the high temperature agitation of the PE material, the extruded sheet (PE) is simultaneously molded with a large diameter roller at the outlet of the injection, and the PE material, the polymer adhesive film and the aluminum plate are directly formed at a high temperature. Since such a production process has high requirements for selecting raw materials, for example, the selected PE material and polymer film must withstand a high temperature of 170 ° C or higher. In this way, the aluminum composite panel directly composited at the PE injection outlet has a high degree of integration, and the peeling strength can reach more than 10N, and the flatness of the composite is better because two large-diameter composite rollers are added at the PE injection outlet. In addition, the production process has high requirements for the baking of the aluminum plate. If the adhesion of the paint does not meet the requirements, it will not be directly compounded by the high temperature.
2. Combined with extrusion (currently used by most domestic manufacturers, as shown in Figure 2)
This type of machine is extruded with PE plastic pellets by high-temperature stirring, and then extruded into a molded plate. However, it cannot be directly combined with the aluminum plate at the injection port, and it is necessary to bond the polymer adhesive film by about 2-4 m after the injection. After about 4m, the aluminum plate and PE can be composited into an aluminum-plastic plate. The temperature during the compounding is 6-8m from the injection of PE to the composite molding. The temperature is relatively reduced after a certain time, so that the PE and the aluminum plate are combined. The temperature is lower, so the requirements for the polymer adhesive film and the aluminum plate are not very high. Therefore, the thickness of the aluminum plate has a large selection space. The 180° peel strength after compounding is generally about 7N, the flatness is general, and the degree of integration into the integration is relatively poor. In addition, due to the specificity of the production process, the requirements for baking paint are relatively low.
3. Extrusion and recombination (currently there are still a few manufacturers adopting, as shown in Figure 3 and Figure 4)
This production process cannot directly complete the compounding of the aluminum-plastic composite panel on the PE extrusion port and the PE extrusion line, and the composite process needs to be completed through two production lines. One is to complete the PE plastic part into a roll for use, and the other is to complete the PE plastic roll, polymer film and aluminum plate through the small diameter roller on the production line to reheat and compound. The production process of the plate produced by the production process is not very high. . The 180° peel strength of the formed sheet is generally poor, and the PE material is selected to be used as a recycled material. The service life of the sheet will be compromised, and the composite material cannot be truly integrated into one body, which may be of concern to the user.
